The pool was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and cooling off after a busy day. the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the central bus station made it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests.

There were a couple of minor issues that could be improved. the noise from the nearby fairground on the weekend could be a bit bothersome at night.

The wifi is not available in the rooms, only in the common area by the stairs.

As a tourist, I really enjoyed the large and sizeable room at this hotel. The hot and powerful shower was a rarity in Mexico, which was a pleasant surprise. The comfortable bed provided a much-needed respite after weeks of staying in hostels and huts. The location near the ADO bus station was very convenient for transportation. The Mayan themed decoration and the small but nice pool added a unique touch to the hotel. For smokers, there were designated smoking areas outside. the hotel provided a good value for its affordable price.
